NICKI LEIGHTON-THOMAS

Nicki Leighton-Thomas was born in Bath and grew up in England and Mauritius. She studied at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama and had a successful and varied career as an actress in TV, film and theatre before deciding to concentrate on singing.
Forbidden Games was her debut album and features many of the musicians she has appeared with on the London jazz scene over the last few of years. It is being re-released on Candid Records later this year. Nicki will be recording another CD for Candid featuring more Landesman/Wallace songs this Autumn.
